Once you are approved as a partner you receive access to your back office. From there you can submit referral information directly, track the status of deals you have referred, and monitor your commission activity. You can also direct your referrals to our main website and make sure they mention your name so the deal gets attributed to you correctly.
Commission is paid after a deal successfully funds. The specific payment timing and method is outlined in your partner agreement. You can track all pending and completed commissions in your back office at any time.

Not every referral will fund and that is completely normal. You only earn a commission on deals that successfully fund. If a business does not qualify at the time of referral, we let them know what they need to work on and keep the door open for when they are ready.
